When I was married, we owned a home in the Talmadge area of San Diego. The house sits in a cul-de-sac with the backside on a canyon with a Southwest view. I enclosed the covered patio with French doors and beveled glass.

	This was a covered patio which I enclosed.
	I installed beveled glass & new French doors, I extended the home out 12'.

	I had to level off the existing slab.
	We installed beveled Glass across the back.
	Installed recessed lighting in each bay.
	I installed four bays with each having three pains of beveled glass.
	I installed two six foot French doors opening onto the deck .
	I installed a 15' wet bar.
	This was the finished sun room and bar area from the inside-out.
Following is the front of the house remodel. The home had a 4 foot by 27 foot porch with a brick Vanier and wood siding. The existing door being placed in the middle of the front wall broke up the living room in half limiting the usable space inside. The 4x4 open beam rafters extended from the living room to the outside edge of the porch.

	I knocked out the front wall & moved the front door in the center to the far left.
	I installed stain glass double doors & painted the ceiling.
