We added approximately a 1,300 sq feet two story addition consisting of a new kitchen, new living room with a fire place, a new office along with a master bedroom and bath which were placed upstairs.

	The house prior to the demolition.
	We have started the demo process
	All of the demolition was done by the owner.
	We agreed on the right concrete company to do the foundation work and started digging on Tuesday the 16th of October 2001.
	We assembled several framing bids and R.A.N. & Associates did the work for the lowest competent framing bid. We starting framing on Saturday the 27th of October 2001.
	First floor framed. Starting on the floor joist for the second floor.
	Second floor framing is complete and ready for roof trusses.
	The Truss Joist floor system was used for the second floor. With this system we were able to cantilever over the exterior wall 4 feet.
	The trusses are being installed with four dutch hip roofs to match the existing roof.
	A little photographic work. Rough framing.
	The existing gable ends were modified to match the new roof line.
	We extended the existing roof line to match the exterior wall of the second floor addition. This tied in the new construction to look like it was part of the existing home.
