	This is a backyard, 950 sq ft. family and recreation room addition. The owner did all of the demo. We passed footing inspection on the 15th of April and poured the slab on the 17th of April.
	Started plating on the Saturday the 20th and framing on the 22nd of April. This is a one story family room with cathedral ceiling that matches the existing along with a 22 x 20 recreation room.
	Set major beam in family room after framing. Started to wrap the building for siding and to hang fascia board.
	We eliminated the flat roof over the garage and matched the roof line with the existing slop. Tied the existing roof line and carried it back over the family room. Owner did the roofing, electrical and drywall.
