	This is a Master bedroom addition approximately 250 square feet. We utilized the existing bath by placing a new access door to the bath from the new master bedroom. The foundation is poured and sub-floor framing has started. The foundation was inspected on April 8th and poured on the 9th.
	Robert (the home owner) did several parts of the addition. One part of the process was the demolition. Lumber showed up on the 11th and floor inspection passed on the 12th.
	The framing has started 1 week into the project.
	The ridge is being set and shear panel put in place in order to keep the building sturdy.
	The fascia board and roof sheeting installed on April 16th, ready for the roof. Two weeks into the project, called for inspection on April 18th.
	The scratch coat and brown of stucco has been installed. The color coat will be installed in 7 to 10 days.
	The owner also did the electrical, roofing, painting and installed the shutters. The new addition blended into the existing house and is hard to tell that it was an addition.
