In order to secure a unit each tenant must fill out the
Application to
Rent/Screening Fee form. If approved you will need to
fill out the following forms:
Lease
Agreement form, the
Notice to
Prospective Occupant form, and if approved, the
Property Condition form
and the Pet Addendum form (see the links to the right). Please fax the form(s) to
619-583-2936 attention Rick Nestor.
These documents need to
be included in the fax: One month of pay check stubs, if there was not
enough room for 2 years residency and/or employment information on the
form please included an additional list of residency and/or employment
information with contact numbers for landlords and employers.
If you
are self-employed please include a copy of your business license(s)
for the last two years and copies of the last two months of your bank
statements.
You will need to mail a check for $20 payable to: "420
Broadway Manor", and mail to 420 Hart
Drive, El Cajon, CA 92021 for the
processing of your application. It is $20 for each individual. Please
make the check(s) payable to Broadway Manor. Please include the
original Application To Rent /Screen -ing Fee Form with your check(s). Your application will not be given full attention
until the $20 is received.
You may also drop off the check(s) and
application documents at that same address between the hours of 9am
and 4pm Monday through Friday, excluding any holidays.
If your application has been approved, future
documents, such as a copy of your social security card and driver’s
